This book presents a novel theory of “organizational longevity” with innovative research that synthesizes the bionics and organizational sciences. The book discusses the three organizational bionics theorems: separation theorem, combination theorem, and exchange theorem, which represent the underlying principles of organizational longevity.
The new management philosophy created in the book indicates an evolutionary paradigm shift from the “culture management” stage toward the “co-evolutionary management” stage. The theories are also equally valuable to the much wider subjects of the society management whereby the social science is nourished by the natural science.
The book is written in an academic style, which makes it valuable for the readership of post-graduate research students, academic scholars, and business professionals alike. This book will benefit those who care to learn the subject and serve as food for thought.
