Born in Henan province, Yan Shuangjun is a prolific writer on Taijiquan and martial arts, among others. He served as a judge in the travel activity of Chinese martial arts organized by China International Radio Station in 2011. His major works include China's Mysterious Martial Arts, The Holy Place for Taijiquan, Human Immaterial Cultural Heritage Series: Taijiquan, The Famous Masters of Taijiquan, Amazing Beautiful Jiaozuo: The Martial Arts of Taijiquan, and Kungfu of Taijiquan.

Jiang Zhou is a member of the Translation Association of Zhejiang Province. He worked as a reporter for over ten years and an English editor for four years in a magazine. He has been practicing exercises of Taijiquan for more than 30 years and is teaching Taijiquan to foreigners.
